I have been on vacuum therapy for ED for 3 months now and still now results. There is absolutely no improvements. I started with 1 set for 12min daily. After that I have done 1 set for 15min every day and have been doing that for last 2 months. Also I am taking some herbal medication it’s a mix of gingo biloba, ginseng and some other herbs but all I got from them is better flacid lenght, beter blood flow but my erection quality is the same. Is there anyone who knows what to change in my therapy, how many sets for how long anything that could possibly help.

I read the avocet8 post about pumping for ED but I think that kind of pumping would do nothing for me.

I don’t have any morning wood for as long I can remember.

My erection subside the moment I lower the pressure in tube.

I can achieve 100% erection but only in certan positions and for very short period of time. If I don’t have any stimulation I loose my erection.

I have been to urologist and I have been told that I have problem with traping blood in my penis because I had hypertension (180/120) since age of 14. I don’t have it for some time now and I am not taking any kind of medication.

So you’ve been doing something without effect so far, but you don’t think what avocet8 suggests would help? As far as I’ve understood, he does have a certain knowledge of the field.

From my experience it’s too early for you to see much improvement. Keep going another couple months, and stick to your schedule. For ED, short pump sets work much better than longer ones.

You told us you pump for 15 minutes a day, but you tell didn’t tell us how much pressure you use. Does your pump have a gauge and if so what pressure do you use? Also, how old are you?

I read your thread but I don’t think I would have any improvements with that, but I will try I don’t have anything to loose.

I pump at low pressure at least I think, there is no pumps with gauge here in my country.
And I am 20 years old.

Also I was planing do change my routine. Something like 2 times a day for 15min or is it better 2 times a day 6x5min? Or is it two times just to much? About breaks should I go with 6 days on 1 day of or 2 days on 1 day of with those 2 times a day pumping?

I don’t see any results unless I go nearly an hour. I read somewhere that the best results are an hour, with a 30 second break every 5 minutes. I also use a monkey hat condom. It seems to make the flaccid gains last longer.

Gensing takes about a month to start working.
Have your testosterone levels checked out.

Also have you checked your diet certain dietary changes may be in order.

More than two beers per day raises your DHT levels.
Pain killers and nsaids are estrogenic.
Blood pressure meds may be a cause go see your doctor about this if you suspect that this is a cause, insist with the doctor if you have to you have a right to a sex life and the standard explanation by doctors sometimes is. “It doesn’t cause ED.”

Sugar and caffeine hinder efforts to reverse ED
Stress hinders any efforts to correct ED.
Take a “B” vitamin formula.
Vitamin “C” and zinc.
Pumping is an old tried and true remedy but you must give it time.

Diet and exercise:
Cardio and strength training helps ED.
Edeging/jelqing should also be done along with pumping.

I have been taking those meds for 3 moths now.
I havent checked my testosterone level but I will.

My diet might have something to do with it because I am meat lover :) I eat 1-1.5kg of chicken breast per day don’t know if thats bad.
I also take vitamins and minerals, eat vegetables and fruits.

I don’t drink coffee, don’t take any meds, do not drink alcohol, don’t eat bread or anything like that, don’t eat sweets, I drink only milk and water nothing else.

I train regulary, cardio three times a week. Gym five times a week and I am in very good shape.

I have been told by my urologist to continue 15min a day pumping for one more month and if there is still no improvement then we will change something.

I think this could be an important factor that you don’t see an improvement.

I used to have a pump with no gauge, and I thought I was pumping at low pressure. But when I bought a pump with gauge I realized that I was overdoing things. I really tried to stay at low pressure, but I quickly realized that I had been in the 10hg area all the time.

When I switched to 3-5 hg my erection quickly improved, although it felt like nothing was happening inside the tube.

I also remember a few years back when I was eating a lot of proteins, 3-4g/kg body mass, I used to have weak erections. With your 1-1.5kg chicken breast a day i think this could affect you as well. Your body has to process all that protein and by doing that it compensates one way or another. If your numbers are right your in the 10g/kg body mas if I assume your not weighing much more than 100kg. That is more than most professional bodybuilders.

My weight is 82kg(180cm) with really low body fat.

Actually I was bodybuilding for 3 years until a year ago when I hurt my back so I gave all that up.

I eat around 400g of proteins daily(27g of proteins per 100g of chicken breasts). I have done blood test before and everything was fine I will do another one soon just in case.

I do pumping with minimum pressure to achieve really good erection if I pump at lower I loose my erection.

A little trick I use, is a penis ring that only just restrain the blood flow out. I then kegels every now and then throughout my session. It should not be to tight so that there is still some circulation in your penis. This helps me when I’m in the 2-3hg zone.

400g/80kg is still a lot and about the same amount of protein I was consuming when my erections took a dive, you may want to take a week of your diet and training program. My results came within days of an overall body restitution. I think it’s an easy way to narrow down the options for what may cause your problems.

I am on this diet for 3 years now. I did change my diet about 1 month ago because of a girlfriend :) she made me eat everything. That lasted for 3 weeks and now I am back to my old diet. It was the same and I ate like 1kg of meet weakly :( .

Have you tried jelqing at all? Try getting a little erection about 40% to 50%, then jelq for a few minutes for a few sets. The best way for you is to try to jelq between pumping sets, that is if you are not fully erect.
