Vacextender problem

I bought ADS vacextender and it feels fine. I have weared it only 3 hour a day in 1 hour sections. My problem is that its hard to take of. I mean it is so well attached to my glans that it is hard to get off. Feel like I am ripping my glans off. What happens when I wear it 3 hours or more in one run?

Please, if you know some tips to take it off tell me. Otherwise it feels really good extender.

Also if there is some program to ADS, I would like to read it since I got is no instructions how long to use it and how strong strech ex. 70% BPFL?

I have been doing manual streches and jelqing about 3.5 months.
