VACATION - what should I do?

I’ll admit it, I haven’t PEed in a good month maybe month and a half. Before that I had PEed for two and a half months gaining half of an inch in length. The gains are still there after measuring today. My question is, with about a month until I go on Vacation for 10 days, where I won’t be able to do my exercises at all, would it make sense to get in a solid month before vacation or should I just wait until I get back? It would be a month followed by 10 days off. Would those 10 days without PEing hinder any little gain I had put on after just 1 month?

I’ve researched this site for countless numbers of hours learning a ton of great information about successful PEing. Only I can’t seem to consistently PE for long periods of time. I’ve been on and off for a couple years, but have never managed to go longer than 2-3 months at a time. I’ve learned that this hinders my gains. I’d like to give it my best shot this time at staying dedicated to PEing, so some insightful feedback would be much appreciated.

I’m pretty sure you don’t need any of my goals or other information, if you do just let me know and i’ll post it. I can tell you that I stopped PEing when my job became extremely demanding (that period is over now), along with the switch from a LIG-focused routine to a Tunica & stretching routine. (my LOT is around 7:30) I didn’t feel the intensity with stretching that I had when doing mostly Jelqing, Uli’s, and DLDblasters, so I became disinterested.

That’s a hard one stiffler. If you are going to do a half assed routine for a month, I would say skip it and wait until after your vacation. Deconditioning, as the vets are calling it now, until you get back from vacation.

If on the other hand you have the time and the ambition to put in a good month of workouts, go for it.

Last week on my summer vacation, I got in stretches whenever I could.

I came back and measured, and had made a gain in EL :)

Thanks Thunder. I’ll go look up deconditioning and do some research on it. Maybe it’s the right thing for me until I get back from vacation. What I might do is a LIG-focused routine of mostly jelqing to see if I get any gains, although I think it’s unlikely as my LOT is around 7-730 (It’s always tough for me to measure this because deep down I like the LIG workouts better and hope that I can still get some gains out of LIG exercises - so I tell myself ‘I still have gains left’) Although the fact that I might be doing all the hard LIG workouts for nothing, because my LIGS have been stretched to their max convinces me otherwise. I have not been able to get accostumed to Tunica exercises.

Which would you do in my situation?

Maybe use the time before vacation to work on improving your tunica exercise technique? Not concentrating on trying to gain, but rather improving your methods.

I would put in a month of good, dedicated PE. If possible I’d sneak in a few short (5 minute) sessions occasionally during the vacation. If not, no big deal.

I often take up to 5 days off before measuring. In the beginning I used to pick up some length during that down time, either because my penis fully recovered and would become harder or the tissues had been tense and contracted from the work and the rest gave them time to relax. It could have been a combination or something else entirely.

that might be a good idea. And I believe it’s me that’s the lazy ass when it comes to PEing over a long period of time. Can’t seem to do it, drives me nuts that I can’t. And I hope that I’d be able to get back into the groove after vacation, IF I was able to get in a consistent month of 3 days on 1 day off.

Don’t forget you can always do pc muscle contractions fully dressed :)

Lazy-ass stretches are invisible…I like to do a variant in which I grasp the head from behind, between the legs and then lower my leg’s weight down to effortlessly apply pressure on the stretch. My wife never even knows. Piss pulls are a given.

Also officially known as fowfer. The most practical PE I think.
