VACATION - what should I do?
I’ll admit it, I haven’t PEed in a good month maybe month and a half. Before that I had PEed for two and a half months gaining half of an inch in length. The gains are still there after measuring today. My question is, with about a month until I go on Vacation for 10 days, where I won’t be able to do my exercises at all, would it make sense to get in a solid month before vacation or should I just wait until I get back? It would be a month followed by 10 days off. Would those 10 days without PEing hinder any little gain I had put on after just 1 month?
I’ve researched this site for countless numbers of hours learning a ton of great information about successful PEing. Only I can’t seem to consistently PE for long periods of time. I’ve been on and off for a couple years, but have never managed to go longer than 2-3 months at a time. I’ve learned that this hinders my gains. I’d like to give it my best shot this time at staying dedicated to PEing, so some insightful feedback would be much appreciated.
I’m pretty sure you don’t need any of my goals or other information, if you do just let me know and i’ll post it. I can tell you that I stopped PEing when my job became extremely demanding (that period is over now), along with the switch from a LIG-focused routine to a Tunica & stretching routine. (my LOT is around 7:30) I didn’t feel the intensity with stretching that I had when doing mostly Jelqing, Uli’s, and DLDblasters, so I became disinterested.
