Vacation or Limited Routine
I have a couple question. Like the title suggests I’m looking for some advice on how to continue PE on a very limited time and privacy basis. I don’t have the opportunity to use the bathroom and bring lubricant for long periods of time without raising unwanted attention to myself. My goal is not necessarily to gain but stay in the game, and hopefully not lose the gains I have made.
What I have done up to this point is do JAI stretches whenever possible, kegel and some manual stretching in the shower.
