I completely know that this could vary greatly between one guy and the next. One may pull harder than the next and so on. My question is if I am not able to really get a good grip to do manual stretches without irritating my unit and using the glands as a stopper basically, could I simulate stretching with a vac hanger only using light weights?

I have wondered the same thing. I really need to stretch but dont like the way i have to get a good grip it makes my dick sore only in the spot i grab it and i also feel clueless on if its too much or too little force. I would love some mechanical way to stretch where i know im getting correct force and consistent pull.

Me too. I have a thin girth and have to grip in such a way that seems like it causes weird soreness where I grip. They sell cheap knock off vac hangers on eBay. I’m thinking those would give a taste. I’ve read you gotta watch out for blisters but at lower weights and times I bet it’d be ok.

To me the idea of steady force and comfortable grip seems like it’d be ideal even for the linear routine. I just feel like I’m doing damage to my penis head when I stretch because I can’t get a good stretch without using the glans as a stop.

Could you be a bit more specific about weight and time?
Are you talking 3-5 pounds for 2-3 hours?

It just seems like you could come up with some more effective options.
Have you tried using a towel to grip with?
Have you used some talc powder?
Have you looked at doing a wrap (maybe some sponge prewrap and some self adhesive bandage) and then stretching?

If these don’t work, have you looked at the LengthMaster or the FJx assisted stretchers?

I would think any of these would possibly be effective/efficient then long hanging sessions at very low weight.

My thinking was to just follow the newbie routine. A minute in each direction, then maybe build up. As far as weight goes…that’s kinda part of what I’m figuring out. How much weight does manual stretching equal? Well that depends.

I’d think 2 lbs?

Anyways, I do have some self adhesive tape. It’s just that with the thin girth it feels like I’m squeezing the internals too hard in order to not slip. I’m really using my glans as a stop because gripping the shaft further down just pulls the skin unless I were to really squeeze hard, but that doesnt seem safe.

I just use tissue/toilet paper to grip. Works fine for me.

Your description of what you want sounds like an extender. Programmable forces, easily controlled and exact stretching.

I don’t know if that’s exactly your aim, though.

As I would hazard the guess that most manual stretches take more than a perceived 2lbs of force, I’m unsure vac hanging would become the suitable substitute you desire.

Yeah I may be totally off on the two pounds. I wonder if I could use a luggage scale to guesstimate haha.

Anyways, my goal was to do mild stretching as outlined in the newbie routine, but avoid the pain and irritation that my grip causes. I had even considered a silicone sleeve to protect as I pulled. When I’m doing manual stretches all the forces is on the or dge if the glans. It’s the only place I can get purchase.

I may try corn starch or self adhesive tape. I’ve tried toilet paper with some success but still end uo using the ridge of the glans as a stop of sorts.

I have considered extenders but with privacy very limited it’s hard to see that working out.

I’m still working on my mindset too. Life’s too short to be anxious about my penis size, especially since others have it way worse. I’d like to gain girth but in the bigger picture I have some areas in my life that need my attention more, so PE has to be simple, habitual, and not all consuming…physically or mentally.
