Vac hanger uncut wrap

Ok first of all ill apologize for this question but I have searched and I haven’t found what I’m looking for?

Iv been hanging using a vac hanger but I’m not getting far, after 5 minutes my heads going a bit blue. My foreskin also bundles up a bit which is soar.

So my question is does anyone wrap using a vac hanger or is a wrap only needed for a bib and a wench?
If so does a wrap even work on uncut guys?

I’m uncut and I do not wrap. What vac hanger are you using? I myself use Autoextender’s hanger and the smaller sleeve, which is very tight in the beginning (became cold and blue) so I had to do very short sets. You could always loosen it up by putting in on a red bull can or something for a couple of hours. Good luck and happy gains bro!

Make sure you get out all air, use the constriuction sleeve - and what weight are you hanging?

Of all the things that happened to me using vacuum hangers I never had a blue head. And never anything undesirable after only 5 minutes so it sounds like you’re doing something very wrong or you’re using way, way too much weight.

I’m using 5Lbs for 5 minutes and it’s form auto extender. I find it hard when my heads in to unfold it on to my shaft without getting foreskin caught inside or when I take it off there’s a line across my head where it’s been clinging on? Any tips on doing it?

No tips as I’ve never used that one but I can tell you that all hangers have their techniques that you have to learn.

Are you using the constriction sleeve?

Is is possible that the blueness that you are getting is just bluish? What I’m asking is that blood without a lot of oxygen isn’t as red and maybe what you’re describing is fairly normal after being in a hanger for a while. I guess what I’m asking is how blue is this blue? :)

Also you might try going down to 2 pounds and allowing a week or two for the blooed vessels to adjust to the stresses associated with hanging. I think Tom Hubbard started below 5 just to be cautious and careful and Bib recommends 2.5 pounds to start with. This is because you can’t forget about the soft tissues that have to deal with these weights too (not just ligs and other tougher tissues!!)

Cheers guys,I ripped the constriction sleeve a while ago :( but I messed around with getting my dick in it comfortably and got the Bird to help, so she holds my dick while I unroll it and now I’m not getting any skin caught. So it’s looking good now. Do you think I should buy another restriction sleeve, does it really help?

Forgot to say I think I might have been panicking about the blue, I think as you said wayoflife99 it’s just normal after being in the hanger.

Darkish purplish is to be expected. Black blue isn’t.

Yeah it probably was bit dark purple and not that blue at all. Anyway iv even been able to use it as a ads iv had it on a few hours now which I couldn’t do before.

If you are uncut (which I am not) I’ve understood that if the foreskin gets “pulled” if might constrict a bit. I know MB (who is uncut) has written a bit somehwere in these threads about that.
