Vac Hanger Source

I tried to make an AFB hanger, it ended up a bit crap and I couldn’t hang much weight with it as I’m not too good at making stuff.

I want to try a vac hanger and have seen the thread about making one, but where can I buy a CHEAP silicone sleeve to use as a hanger?

Please note that I have also seen the one on ebay that comes with shoulder straps, that works out to like $50 or so once you take into account shipping to the UK.

Or if anyone knows a very very simple way to make a vac hanger, please could you help also
