VAC extender question

I was thinking, since the vac extender does not cut off circulation to the head like other extenders, it is possible to wear it while sleeping? What do you guys think?

However, wearing something attached to your dick and not being able to monitor what is happening is best described as risktaking beyond sanity, or more directly as pretty damn stupid.
