V Stretches

I just can’t seem to do V stretches properly. They seem like a very important PE exercise and I am annoyed that I can’t do them effectively. Does anyone have any tips on technique for this type of stretch?

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

I just use a square of toilet paper to grip around my glans (when my penis is completely flaccid), stretch out my penis, put my penis between the thumb and index fingers of my other hand (while making a V-shape), stretch it upwards and hold for about a minute.
