I couldn’t find anything about this particular question, although I found a lot about v-stretching but not about the pain I’m feeling.

When I try it (and I say try because I’m not going to incorporate it into my workout until I’m more experienced), it hurts at the base of my penis and by my pelvic bone. It sort of burns. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if it’s been discussed to death already.

Are you warming up for 5+ minutes before starting the V-Stretches? Or you may be applying too much down or bend force.
