Hi everyone,
Question: I m thinking to put in my newbie routine the V STRETCH EXERCISE, as reccomended in enlargepenisguide.com.
Is it good?
I think to do this routine:

2 days on, 1 day off - for 4 weeks

5 min. — Warm up
5 min. — Power stretch
5 min. — V stretch
5 min. — Circular stretch
10 min. — Wet jelq
5 min. — Warm down
50 reps kegels for day

What you think about?

I’ve been making newbie routine by 2 days, it’s good, and I would like increase session time .I d like to know for your opinions about

Your routine looks good. After about a week of that routine, increase your jelq time to 15 minutes. You can also think about changing your workout schedule to 3 on and 1 off.

What’s a power stretch?

Yes it’s a relatively recent arrival. It’s boosted itself in Google via comment spam and as far as I can tell is there to front for pill and device sales etc. The guy has obviously read this site thoroughly. Google will knock it down soon enough.

Yeah, the decription isn’t too clear but it sounds like just a standard downward manual stretch.

Continue your routine and good luck with reaching your goals.

You’ve been PEing 2 days? Am I reading that right? And you want to increase session time already??

You have to slowly build up to more time/reps. 2 days is too early too start adding more stuff, in my opinion.

Are you mixing in their paragraph on JAI stretches there?

Of course, 4-5 secs is too long for a JAI.

No, but I was a little wrong. This is what it states….

“Instructions
1. Take the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it out directly in front of you, holding it for 4-5 seconds.
2. Now, take your penis firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Pull it until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Hold it for 4-5 seconds.

3. Take the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it to the left, holding there for 4-5 seconds.
4. This time pull your penis downward and hold it for 4-5 seconds.
5. Finally, take your penis in your hand and pull it upward. Hold there for 4-5 seconds.
6. Repeat from step 1 to step 5.
7. Perform step 1 to step 5 for 15 times (5 minutes)”

So its 5 seconds in each direction then change direction, which I didnt realise at firstm my mistake, but it makes a total of 5 mins, which I still believe is not enough.
