V-stretch; which version?

V-stretch; which version?

Hi,

I recently started using the v-stretch.
Is the Inverted version better than the other? Or shjould they be combined?

I do supersets of both. 5 sets total right after my hot wrap, it really hits the tunica.

Inverted for 1 min(around the wrist), v-stretch for 1min. Shake it out and repeat.

Do 5 times. Or what you feel comfortable with.

I was off and on for about a year, then full on routine since the beginning of January this year. Seein some awesome results. Why do you ask?

I noticed what appeared to be remarkable gains since January. That’s why I ask. I’m always curious about the correlation between ones gains and the amount of time spent obtaining those gains. Good work by the way.

Thank you for the remarks. I seem to be becoming a student of PE. I am learning to listen to my body

alot more. I am waiting to the end of March to post my 3 month progress, but my girlfriend is the real

measuring stick. She tells me each week that I am getting larger, so that’s a bonus.
