I started with new routine:

Warm up 5 min hot shower
V-stretch 15 minutes
Jelqing 20 minutes.

I believe today was my 6th training day, 2 on, 1 off routine.

I just want to point out that this routine really is working! I’ve gained more and today it looked much bigger than before! I’m really starting to like my penis!
So, I thought maybe I could help out. I think that this routine is best when you are sure that you don’t gain from stretching anymore, I’m really happy now!

I just feel like resting and when i’m done with that I hope that it’s bigger than before! You really should try this out, but remember to listen your penis!

Upwards, so my cock is shaped like a V. Pressing from below is A stretch I think.

I started april 2011, and I did many routines:

jelqing only( I think it was 300 each day, not weekends)
then a little more intense newbie routine, stretching only 20 minutes straight then started doing left right etc.

and now this
