V-stretch question

I have been doing PE for about 3 months now doing the Newbie Routine.
I want to start adding v-stretches and think I am conditioned enough for it.

Do you think it is better to set aside a day solely for v-stretches and do it for 10-15 minutes? OR
Should I just add the v-stretches into my normal stretching routine of L,R,you,D, and SO? (If I added it to my already stretching routine than I would probably do less v-stretches because I will already be stretching a lot)

I have not gained much which is why I want to start adding other stretches, I may start doing JAI and BTC stretches soon too. Just trying to come up with a good routine.

If you have any good tips it will be appreciated.

From my personal experience I will say that V-stretching does work. Add it with jelqing and if done right, gains should occur. Just don’t stretch too much, over the limit is never good.

Bennet did that routine 5 times per day it says. Theres no way I’ll be able to pull that off, but that routine did look like a good thing to try. I did not know you could do variations to the v-stretch. Ex. Pulling down and to the left while using your other hand to push the base to the right as Bennet suggested.

I don’t really feel much when I do normal stretches and I do not want to start pulling with huge amounts of force that is not controlled. Maybe I’ll also try to do longer sessions, instead of increased intensity to see if that would help.
