Using the newbie routine with exercises for other problems
Hi, I have recently joined the forum and I have two questions to ask of you.
Question 1 - I joined to try and give myself the girth I have always wanted. I am currently 7 inches long and 5 inches in girth and would eventually like to be about 5.5-5.75 inches in girth. I am fine with the length and going by other posts the exercises would make me longer as well as thicker, so which exercises would help me in my quest for a larger girth and not effect my length as much? Has anybody been able to get more girth out of these exercises than length?
Question 2 - I’m not sure if I actually have a short frenulum but all my foreskin bunches up behind the head and I can’t get it to retract much after that and to help make my frenulum longer I have been doing some stretching exercises to help that which involves stretching the foreskin over the head and pulling it away from my body for a certain amount of time each day. So I am wondering, will any of the jelq exercises or exercises to enlarge my erect girth/length effect the exercises I am doing to help with my other problem? Will these exercises allow my foreskin to grow also?
