Anyone use cock rings with pe? Any recommendations ?

How would this not happen by wearing an an all day stretcher that is silicon?

I wear my RingO while jelqing and squeezing. It keeps blood in there easier. I find it difficult to maintain a semi-erection when jelqing because it’s not a pleasurable sensation for me. The cockring helps keep me hard and keep blood in there to make jelqing and squeezes more effective.

I’m just curious if it is bad to use while jelqing? how often do you have to replace the rings?
