Some members believe so. Wearing a cock ring can keep your little buddy from turtling, and can help it heal in a enlarged state. It can work like a ADS. Though it is possible to cut off to much circulation and therefore could be dangerous.

Its the same principle as wearing a wrap after a PE session, and the same principle as ADSing after a session. A lot of people report its productive, so keep at it.
