Using a sauna for a warm up
I hear a lot about how important warming up is, and so I’m wondering would a sauna be a perfect tool for such a thing ? I read that saunas improve blood flow by enlarging the blood vessels plus the heat would keep the tissue soft and pliable. Has anyone ever used a sauna or thought about it ? I have a sauna at my Y and thought about doing my PE when no one is around. I wouldn’t do the jelqing just the stretching part.
