Using a sauna for a warm up

I hear a lot about how important warming up is, and so I’m wondering would a sauna be a perfect tool for such a thing ? I read that saunas improve blood flow by enlarging the blood vessels plus the heat would keep the tissue soft and pliable. Has anyone ever used a sauna or thought about it ? I have a sauna at my Y and thought about doing my PE when no one is around. I wouldn’t do the jelqing just the stretching part.

I’ve thought about it, and I think it’s a great idea. It would definitely work, in my opinion. The unfortunate part though, is that you would have to be on guard the whole time, and it could take away from your concentration/focus on PEing. Maybe you could warm up in the sauna, then immediately go to a bathroom stall or somewhere private to do your PE, then warm down in the sauna again?

yeah that;s what I do, I go in the shower.

A personal sauna would be ideal for PE.

I have a in home sauna and it works great. You tend to get a little dizzy after 30 min. Or so.

I would love to have a home sauna and a hot tub and the time alone to do some PE in them. Although company might be fun in the tub:)

Unless you want your membership cancelled [and possibly some unwanted attention from non-PE savvy men in the wet areas], don’t PE in public/ commercial wet areas.

Oh yeah… hot tubs are the best I recently got one and it’s great.
