URGENT: EQ trouble, am I doomed?

We’re all different. Some things that work great for others just may not be all that good for you. You mentioned that you’ve recently started pumping. For whatever reason, my cock will not tolerate even the slightest amount of pumping. Whenever I’ve tried, my EQ goes straight to hell. So stop the pumping, and give it some time. Also, I’m a big believer in ‘LESS IS MORE’ — at least that seems to work best for my body. That may be your situation too. If so, then all you need to learn is to ease up a bit. Consistency is necessary, but adequate rest is even more important. After all, it’s when your body is resting that it’s recovering and actually growing. Best to you, and may you have a lifetime of rock hard erections.

I do this also. I think a few light stretches (I hold for 30 seconds before and after urinating isn’t harmful to a rest period. My rest is not doing my routine. I always do a few light stretches every day and some light jelqs before bed. Not enough jelqing to even make the glans, just enough to add a plump before getting into warm bed with very low intensity. I don’t feel like it interrupts my rest period. The rest period is used to avoid fatigue, but, to also heal and avoid injury. I feel this happens best when I can keep my flaccid in above average shape. So, I traction wrap most days for 8-12 Hours even when not in routine and if I’m not wrapped, I lightly stretch often during bathroom breaks. Mainly just out and down.

I have a bowl of fruit 5 times a week with watermellon and some other lower sugar content fruit like avocado, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi. A little organic whipped cream. A little Ceylon cinnamon…..Ahh!

Man no joke I just had a huge bowl of fruit for breakfast and it feels like I just mainlined espresso. I’ve been quitting a bad caffeine and nicotine habit and this is certainly helping, thanks so much! Looks like you helped a few more problems than you anticipated hahahah

But rest is rest. Shouldn’t we leave it completely alone for at least a wk.

I’ve never rested a week. 2-3 days at most for me. I view it from a workout standpoint, if you do a good bicep, leg, or any routine….the following day you’re slightly sore and experience some fatigue. The best solve is to continue your daily routine and stretch the sore muscles. Every morning when I wake up I do some form of stretching my body. I look at PE the same way. Just because I don’t work my unit ever day, I still feel it needs to have a few light stretches. I’m not talking max stretches or full jelqs. I’m saying, just enough to get the blood pumping every so often to keep fresh blood in the unit with lots of kegel to make sure it’s getting an adequate flow to aid in the rest and healing of tissues.
