When doing the upward manuel stretch I feel no tension, like no tug. This is not a recent event either.

Stretching upward is mostly targeting tunica, not the ligs. Try to press the upper side of the shaft when you stretch, if you do it correctly, you will feel it’s hard as wire.


Starting Aug/06: BPEL 5.5", EG 4.3"

Try kegel and stretching upwards. This has a greater tug sensation.

Does this mean I have LOT on upward stretch which means I would gain easier?

LOT theory is BS. Do not follow it. Some people think it is true, but most people think it’s all BS.

Spankey you don’t have to do streches in all directions. Figure it out, and do the ones where you feel the strech.

It’s better to stretch in all direction. There two ways of lengthening, the ligs and tunica, by hitting different angle you can get both. I do more on SO SU, because tunica is harder to stretch, but gives more promises for long term gain.

What do you do for those SO and SU stretches? Like what are you performing exactly.

I’m wondering because I’ve been doing BTC’s for the stretch in the newb routine mainly because it’s easy to follow instructions.
However, I’ve noticed some drop in my erection angle and I was reading that doing SU stretches help for gaining upward angle.
