I never feel tension in the ligaments when doing these,I am thinking of dropping them so did anyone else experience that?

Do you feel the stretches to the side? If you haven’t already, try the upward v-stretches. I find that stretching while squatting helps in the intensity too.

Interesting! V stretches gave me bad pi’s though, hard to gauge intensity, unless you mean the inverted ones which I haven’t done yet.
