Upping stretching exercise
I have been PEing for about a month, and most often, I stretch more then jelq. I have seen good length gains lately, mainly when I took the time to measures, and I wanted to know, if after a month, should I up my stretching. Like say I right now go through three rounds of stretching, pulling in different directions and holding for 30 seconds.
Would it be better to hold for longer, or to do more rounds, or both?
