I have been PEing for about a month, and most often, I stretch more then jelq. I have seen good length gains lately, mainly when I took the time to measures, and I wanted to know, if after a month, should I up my stretching. Like say I right now go through three rounds of stretching, pulling in different directions and holding for 30 seconds.

Would it be better to hold for longer, or to do more rounds, or both?

Both, I am now doing a routine of 15x3 minutes and I see good gains but don’t use this routine when you are a newbie

I would hold on for awhile longer about increasing your stretching. To condition the penis it takes about 3 months, its the main guide for a newbie PE’er. I wouldn’t rush it, because this is where patients come in. It won’t hurt to increase your Jelqing and stretching
