Hey everyone, just a update fromast time I posted. I had a injury with clamping a while back when I guess my wrap wasn’t on right and I ended up pinching the hell out of the base of my dick lol. Hurt a lot after I unclamped clamp and penis was sore for a good amount of time. After that I took a week off or more and just relaxed.
Now I have been simply jelquing and stretching every day. 5 min of stretching and 75 jelqs. Going to do this for a while slowly increasing intensity and see if anything good comes out of it. Right now my eq is great and my test levels are extremely high for me. Making me break out a bit in fact.
Measuring at 7.2 x 5 but I edge and ejaculate almost daily (going to stop) without ejaculation I think I could hit more. Also bought a cock ring and I wear that after exercising and in bed right up too when I fall asleep. Measuring 7.4 x 5.2 with it on.
I’m not sure If I should go for length or girth but I think I’m sticking to manual exercises, so if anyone could name the best manual exercises for both length and girth that would be highly appreciated.
