The last couple weeks have gone pretty well. I took one week off due to a non-related foot injury (are there PE related foot injuries?). It was borderline serious and I wanted to give my body some dedicated healing time for that. I lost about 0.1” on my BPFSL in that week, down to 6.0”, and still haven’t quite got it back yet. But I’ve gained about 0.1” girth now. I’m not sure but I think my head girth is growing too. If anything my head now looks bigger relative to the shaft! BPEL no change at about 5.8”. I’ve got my fingers crossed that the BPFSL will keep rising soon. I’ve been back at it for 5 days now. Overall with both the length and girth gains, cock volume is up 10% so far! It’s noticeable in every way.

Jelqing with your feet could cause a serious strain. Good work with the gains.

I feel like its impossible to measure anything less than 1/4 with accuracy. Anyone else?


Measurements fall into a range depending on several factors. Angle of the penis, angle of the ruler (tape measure in my case), point on the pubic bone at which the ruler is held, angle of vision to the ruler, posture (standing, seated lying), erection level (FSL doesn’t change with this factor), warm-up stretching (are you measuring cold, or after a heated 15 minute stretching session, or post workout?), force of stretch, duration of stretch (holding a stretch for 30 secs yields another 0.1”, related to warm-up stretching). I measure BPFSL regularly and keep as many factors as possible constant, so it’s easy to notice a 0.1” change in the range of measurements. For people who measure once a month or less and only take a single measurement each time, sure they are going to have trouble getting finer than 1/4” precision, or even worse if they vary some of those listed factors. Measuring BPFSL the same way after every workout though, I feel confident reporting it down to 0.1”.
