Just thought I would share my story and maybe help encourage others like myself..

I started way back in Aug of 06. I was on and off PE for years. In Nov of last year I decided to give PE a real shot to work. I committed myself to 1 year before I decided or not to keep going. I measured after a couple months and didn’t see much of a difference so I decided not to measure again till the 1 year mark. (Although now I feel you need to measure more frequent than once a year so you can adjust your routine) In about April or May I added a Vac ADS (cheap one off EBay). I wear the ADS 8-10 hours per day and do 200-250 dry jelqs at 40 - 60 percent erect 5 days per week in the shower. In the past couple weeks I have added some short clamping sessions after my workouts.

I measured today and found my bpfsl is just under 7in, bpel just over 6 1/4 and my EG is 5in mid-shaft and 5.1 at the base depending on how erect I get. For some reason I get a little stage fright on the ruler is around. I was about 90-95 percent erect when taking these measurements.

So in 1 year I gained a little over 1/4 in in length and .2 - .3 in girth. I am somewhat disappointed but at the same time encouraged because my flaccid size is larger and my bpfsl is about 3/4 of an inch longer than when I started, I hope that I can grow into that. Maybe some of the vets can tell me if this is a good indicator of future growth or not?

I have decided I must be a “hard gainer” and will continue to see what gains I can get in the future.

I am open to any advise or suggestions.

Although I can’t give much advice, I would ask if you are thoroughly warming up before doing any manual exercises, or indeed, before applying the ADS? I imagine your penis being more pliable before attaching that and having it cool in an extended state would be highly beneficial.

Thanks veezee. I use the hot shower for my warm up. ( I have thought at times that maybe I needed more warming up ) I normally do some light manual stretches before putting on the ADS, but warming, stretching and then the ADS could maybe create some gains.
