I took a couple of weeks off and am back and have decided to work more towards length.

Routine:

500 wet jelqs a day at very low erection level with 2 hands (instead of before where I did 200 dry with one hand)

20 minutes of stretching, just doing the ordinary and V stretches (I never really did stretch before but it’s nice when you really feel it working

Clamping. Before I started this and did 4 15minute sessions staying fully equipped. Now trying something different out where I get as hard as possible and clamp at the bottom with only my hand and don’t worry about staying stimulated. It’s actually really good to use your hand when clamping, I don’t know why more people don’t do it, you can get a great amount of control about the exact pressure you desire.

Current stats 6.5 NBPEL 7BPEL and around 5inches EG

Sounds like a real thorough routine. How long does it take you and how often do you PE in one given day? I my self try to do something solid three times a day.

Well I haven’t really totalled the times up. I usually warm up when having a bath and just jelq for as long as it takes to reach the 500. Under 40 mins though I think. Then just do the stretches for 20 mins. I do that early on in the day and at night will clamp for at least 3 x 10 minutes, probably will add more soon and then another 10 mins of stretching before sleep. I’ve added in the clamping because it adds weight to my flaccid hang so hangs longer which I can only assume will be a good thing. So that’s like an hour and a half a day. I’ll try this for a couple of months and see how I get on then will add in more different techniques and then time.Then after I guess I will move on to hanging but that won’t be for a good 6months + Since I have never really jelqing with low erection % and stretched yet have gained half an inch I believe I should be able go gain some decent length with my now current routine.

That’s a really aggressive routine! Just be careful and pay attention to any changes. You didn’t mention rest days, so I hope you are incorporating them.
