Unwanted erection when doing PE

My work out is based in stretches and jelqs.

I want to do stretches flaccid and jelqs 75% erection. The problem is that soon after I start working out, I get an erection.

This happens even if I masturbate right before working out. I have no idea what to do.

Up until now, when you have handled your penis for other than urinating it will be because you were about to do something sexually stimulating so its natural reaction is to get erect. After a few weeks of doing PE your penis will realise you are about to do PE and to not get erect. Lots of folk have the getting erect problem to start with.

This is the perfect answer.

I used to have the same problem, as a result, my workouts would last longer than they needed to. Now I don’t get bothered by erections as much while doing PE. Give it some time and you may experience the same.
