I have noticed after several months of PE (mostly the newbie routine - stretches and jelqing) my girth gains seem to be much larger around the middle of my penis. I have begun focusing jelqs on the head as well, but is there some way to increase girth all the way to the base?
Hanging will increase base girth, and many people have base girth gain from clamping as well.
Starting Aug/06: BPEL 5.5", EG 4.3"
05/Feb/2007: BPEL 6.3", NBPEL 5.7", EG 4.9"
