No matter how much you shake and dance the last drop falls in your pants. Pants/jeans will show the stain so I wear boxers.

Absolutely commando. During the winter I switch to boxer briefs when it gets cold. Don’t want any turtling going on. And I don’t worry about stains. I don’t drip and I know how to wipe properly.

I don’t know if it matters for PE, but I do know that your choice in undergarments affects your sperm count. Generally speaking, tighter underwear makes for lower sperm count.
