Hello,

I’m just starting out and I have a few questions. I’m uncircumcised and I have been stretching with the foreskin over the head, but the forums say that you should retract the skin and pull below the head (not the head itself).
I tried doing that but when I pull my grip slips and I end up pulling on the head. I’ve tried both baby powder and rubber gloves but my grip still slips. Also my foreskin and glans are very sensitive and stretching with retracted skin is very uncomfortable. What is the proper way to stretch an uncut penis. Can I make gains if I stretch with the foreskin over the head? I really prefer it that way.

i don’t usually retract the penis skin and for now, i haven’t any problem.
I feel it very comfortable and that’s important.

Thanks for the reply. It’s a relief to know you can make gains by stretching this way. Retracted stretching is both more difficult and uncomfortable.

I’m circumcised, and when I retract the skin and grab an inch below the head like every says to do, my skin still slides up over my head and stretching doesn’t work this way. I just grab right around the base of the ridge and stretch from there, as it’s the only way I can really do it.
