Ok, so I am starting out with a small uncut penis, under 5 inches to be precise, and not even 3 in girth. I have been lurking on here for a while. I am planning on starting the newbie routine. From watching the video it seems like there is a lot of tension put on the penis. How hard should I actually be pulling when stretching? Also, for jelqing, I plan on doing a wet jelq to start, should I pull the skin back or not? Any advice would be great. Seems like everyone pretty much started on the newbie routine and seems like the best place to start for me. Thanks guys

As for jelq, uncut guys seems to find dry jelqs easier to perform. Most of uncut who do wet jelqs put the skin back and grip with one hand at the base, while the other hand strokes - it can be hard for shorter guys.

Asking people how hard for you to pull is like me asking you how I’m feeling. Its all about feeling a good stretch but not pain. Also trial and error. As you and as I progress we start to know our body and how much we should. Keep lurking around and just get to it! Best of luck! If you do things properly you have no reason not to benefit!

Also make sure you warm your junk up with a warm- hot towl or something. I know I’m bad when it come to that.

I am 28, and no I wasn’t actually. I didn’t grow an inch after my sophomore year of high school. Why? Are you wondering about my dick growing more? Part of it may be that I am overweight, although I have been hitting the gym and losing weight fairly steady.

Losing weight can definitely help in the length department. The notorious FAT PAD can easily hide BPEL, I would know! Even though I don’t appear fat, my own pad conceals almost a full inch of usable erect length! Diet, exercise, and even potential fat pad lipo (in case that area remains stubborn) are in the works!

Well you not unusual and just encourage you I was slightky smaller in lenght than yoou back in May 2011 now I’m 7 x5.5 so Yes things do change. I can’t promise you the exact same measurements but you shoud commit and try. Give it a go.

Try twice daily jelqing I did not do any stretching until well over the initial three months I’m also uncut and had to overcome oversensitivity on the glans so you may fell sore for a while until you get used to the rubbing.

As far as the jelq it was only possible to do just one single OK sign at the base of the penis I would start from the base of the glans pulling the skin all the way down to the base and then do jelqs normally from the base up to the glans for 15 minutes each session. Good luck
