Uncircumcised stretching advice

Hello,

I am uncircumcised and wondering on any advice or techniques you use to stretch?

At the moment, when I stretch I retract the penis skin below my head so I can get a grip on the head. I usually grip the head of the penis and pull, I am finding that this leads to discolouration (dark purple) when I do this for any extended period of time (over 10 seconds). As a result I have found that my EQ goes down (which is no good at all!)

I’ve searched the forums, and they basically say to retract the skin and grab below the head (but not the head). This is impossible for me because when I do that and go to stretch I basically slide up (so to speak) and I have to grip the head of my penis anyways.

Which leads to more questions.. Is it okay to grip by the head? If so, do you? If not, what do you do? ALSO if not, what should I do to increase length other than manual stretching OR hanging?

I have exactly the same problem. Same observations. I’m very interested also in any suggestions any of the guys here have for us.

I tried to stretch with the foreskin on… so as a little bit of the head is visible, so I can observe if the skin covering on the head moves. If it doesn’t it isn’t dirrectly stretched.

I haven’t made any gains so I’m not recommending anything.

Maddog, try retracting the foreskin a bit more, and using toilet paper or baby powder for a better grip.

I had this problem when I first started and here’s a tip for you that really helped me. You basically need to grip about an inch below the head to get a good stretch.

1/ Pull the foreskin back as far as it will go.
2/ Grip using an overhand grip, using three fingers and thumb, so that the ring finger is just under the glans and the OK grip is about 2 inches away form the glans.
3/ Grip as tightly as you can, I mean real hard, then let go of the third (ring) finger, this will leave you with a two finger and thumb grip.
4/ This will leave more blood in the glan end of the penis, so when you stretch with the 2 finger and thumb grip, you’ll just over and inch below the glans giving you the perfect stretch.

5/ As Chicken mentioned, use Toilet paper to aid with the grip. I don’t use talc, because I feel it can cause some scratching or sore skin after a while, no matter how good a talc you use.

You don’t need to retract to stretch. Just grip directly below the head.

Wait, it’s not common to get discoloration when hanging or using ADS? My head turns a dark purple after about 10 minutes of using an ADS. I’m uncircumcised too.

You need more blood in the head than when you`re completely flaccid.

That way, the head becomes slighly bigger and will stop your grip so to speak.

That`s how I`ve been doing it anyway:)

@ Kingdingaling -> the ole overhand grip hey? I just tried and it seems to work pretty good. My glans/head swell up a bit though and I’m concerned about holding this stretch for any extended period of time. How long do you hold this stretch for?

@ Invisible -> it must the difference in our dicks because when I do that all my skin at the base of my penis pulls up also (it isn’t painful I just don’t feel a good stretch compared to my old technique of gripping the head)

@ Trunksdarklord -> look I’m fairly new.
However, I’ve gained about (1.5 cm in length and .5 cm in girth in about 1/2 a year) and from my experience discolouration is not too good but worse is lower EQ which is what I try to avoid at all costs. I’m not too worried about the red dots you get from jelqing but I am worried about dark purple discolouration on the head of my penis and then losing night erections.

@ Rensholder -> that’s good advice. I’ll use that with kinddingaling’s and Chicken’s

Try tug of war stretches. Hold the base of the penis and pull inward while you simultaneously grip beneath the glans and pull outward (PE Update #3).

From your recommendation, I started looking at your progress thread. Pretty interesting stuff.

Invisible, are you uncut?

Stretching has always been the biggest pain of PE for me and the reason why I quit for a couple of months before starting up again.

One of the issues was that I was having problems gripping it well because it would slide off as you note. I tried many things and it either kept slipping or it just made me feel as if I were hurting myself because I was trying to squeeze so hard to get a grip that wouldn’t slip. But lately what’s been really good for me are latex gloves. I buy the ultra soft ones and they have been giving me the best results for good gripping on stretches.

Also, remember to keep a towel with you just in case moisture starts coming in so that you can wipe it and keep it dry so that slippage won’t happen.

I just grip just below the head, and pull. Will this be fine?
