Ok, I have been PEing for about 2 months consistently.just working really hard. I’ve been stretching for hours almost daily, jelqing, PC kegals, ulis.all the stuff. And my dick during the day looks really good, especially how thick it is when flaccid.

Now, I thought it was pretty safe and comfortable for me to take a 1-week break. Not even a break I still stretched a little but mostly didn’t do any PE for about a week or so. Now here’s the weird part. The first 2-3 days of the break my penis still felt the same, thicker, a little longer than before. And then came day 4 and day 5 of my break, in which I did not touch my penis at all, I didn’t masturbate or anything. And I felt something weird, as if my flaccid penis felt lighter, softer, limper.and shorter.

I don’t know what the heck happened, but all my gains pretty much in the last 4 to 5 days, just almost disappeared. Before it would be a challenge to wrap my hand around my penis when erect.now I can do it with ease. And everytime I tried to stretch during PE, it would almost feel as if an unknown force is tugging my penis back, as if keeping it on a leash, before it never felt like this. I wasn’t overworking anything, since it looks large all the time, but I just took a week break, like 7 freaking days.and it just went poof gone??

I’ve been PEing the last couple of days and I can’t believe it, especially the stretching.I can’t even stretch the way I used to.it feels like something is pulling it back.wtf?? Maybe it’s all in my head??

And my penis doesn’t feel heavy anymore.I’ve been so pissed.wondering what the hell happened.

It is not in your head I have experienced this phenomenon many times. I can do jelqs and get the most amazing pumps from it and afterwards it hangs huge, then for a period of time its like my penis isn’t responding to the jelqs at all. Maybe it has to do with hormone cycles? I have no idea.

You are overdoing things when doing th exercises. First. stop doing PE for a week or two. then when you start again do not do the Uli’s . It is an advanced exercise, and should only be done when your penis is more conditioned to the heavier work.

The shrinking happened during the time when I took a week break.

You had done some damage and like training you can sometimes notice the injury a while after you have done it.

The way you describe your workouts suggests you were overdoing the training. All we can suggest is you give it a longer rest and see if the problem disappears. It “improved” too quickly and was damaged. We can only go by what you tell us. and that is what you told us suggests.

If it doesn’t improve after a week or two not you may have to see a doctor.

So lay off any PE ing and /or masturbation and give things a chance to settle down

read through the various injuries that have been reported YOu could well find dsosmething si,milar to your condition.

Bane, I think I may be going through something similar. Do you feel that tugging feeling during an orgasm too? As if something feels clogged down there and everything is tugging back instead of shooting out? I’ve been like this since June now and it’s driving me nuts. I pretty much have the same symptoms as you. I’ve taken way too much time off from PE and I have no idea what I did to cause this nor can I find anything discussing this topic.

This was probably just temporary swelling due to injury not all injuries hurt from my experience of reading, I have not injured myself though thankfully. You should take a break as stated and cut down on the time and the intensity of your workout. I was stretching almost 3 hours a day and I was not gaining much went down to 45min - 100min a day and have been having better results. When I almost overdid it too I noticed the insides of my penis seemed thicker but was resistant to stretch. Now slowly it seemed to get stretchier and not as tough and gains are coming.

When I take breaks my flaccid shrinks but my erect size either stays the same or grows. (most of my growth has happened during or right after breaks)

However I do edge on my breaks, which I believe helps cement gains.

In your case, PetitFaun is probably right — to be safe take some more time off to let it recover. Then come back with a gentler routine. Better to take your time and be cautious, than to hurry and injure yourself.

I agree that you are over training man, it says you are doing hours of stretching and ullis, you are doing too much and too advanced stuff for you to begin.

The size decrease you are experiencing is a warning sign, if you keep on that careless track you will be injured.

Just take a look over the injuries forum , 90% of the injuries if not more begin with someone doing some advanced exercises too soon or over training their dicks. In your case you are doing both, so I would advise you to take a rest and restart with the newbie routine.

Oh and I’m not talking about flaccid size shrinking, I’m talking erection size as well, especially girth.

Take a two week break at least. As to masturbation and sex, just listen to your body. If your penis is hurting let it rest.

Then come back when you are ready with a lighter routine and ramp up slowly. Try that “linear newbie,” for example. For me the regular newbie was way too much. I don’t think I ever did more than 90 - 120 jelqs, and I still grew with that. I did not know about linear newbie, I think that would have been a great way to start:

It’s natural to have a tug back, thats the PC muscle at work. When you finish PE’ing it hangs thicker and bigger right. Well when you didn’t do it just went back to old way. You hadn’t PE’ed long enough for it to permanently stay bigger. Continue PE’ing and after a few sessions it should hang big again and you have to do it for along time to stay that way.
