Nice and when my attachments get cleared you can see I have gained a bit since I reduced the time I spend doing PE like they say less can me more. I was doing about 3 hours total hanging/stretching a day and I reduced that down to about 80-100 minutes now and I am gaining. I was not gaining much and I had less night/morning wood, now I have plenty night/morning wood since reducing daily PE. Note: attachments have my Johnson showing gains. My progress thread
