Hey… I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a little less than 2 monthes now and already seeing noticable gains. My biggest issue is I want the head of my dick bigger and I’ve heard Uli’s are good for that. Is it too soon to add them to my routine? I warmup, stretch and then jelq.

I also am having trouble doing the Uli’s because I usaully do them after jelqing and my hand slides up.

Start: BPEL 7 3/8" EG Base 5 5/8" NBPEL 6.5" (apx)

Current: BPEL 7 3/4" EG Base 6" Head 4 5/8" NBPEL 7"

It is generally advisable to wait a bit longer, a couple more months for instance. If you really want to do them, however, it’s probably okay, as long as you are careful and gradually ease them into your routine.

Add them slowly in and you should have 0 problems. Take a week or two to figure out what the “right” feel of a Uli is then add like 5 a week for a few weeks.
