Is that what they’re called? As described in the third step of ulistretch’s routine.
My problem is thus. I have read and re-read the original description of this exercise as wells as the clarified one further down the page.. But I still don’t get it! Can anyone with a spare couple of minutes have a go at describing it to me? Much appreciated.
