Ulis For Length?
My goal is to add length. It seams like most of the guys on here that have gained some decent length have incorporated Ulis into there routine. What is the best way to do this. I have watched the video on how to do them, but it doesn’t say much about how long your suposed to hold them for, or how many. Can you guys tell me how you have used Ulis in your routine? Thanks for your help!
