Hey guys,

I’m just over three months with the newbie routine. I started using horses and squeezes minimally and like the results, but I’m having a problem performing Ulis right. Does your grip slide up like in dry jelqing (with some skin), or is it totally done lubricated.

ALSO: Does anybody have some good girth routines to start incorporating after a few months of the newbie routine?

Haven’t measured yet, but I like the overall impressions thus far.

Try a power jelq, it focus’s on girth but does length as well. You should get pretty damn comfy with your length if you want to start girth, because the divide and conquer theory states that length is easier: This meaning the more girth you gain the harder it will be to gain length when you go back to length exercises.
