Hey Guys,

I’ve been doing an ULI only routine lately. Just because I don’t have the time and mental space to doing jelqs all the time.

What I do is, at work, I go to bathroom. Get a boner. Then I squeeze the base of my penis, hold for about 30-60 seconds. First time soft, and gradually harder.

At about the 3rd time I squeeze as hard as I can and pump as much blood in penis as I can. I will do 1 or 2 ten second double squeezes (behind glans and at base).

Then I get soft and get back to work.

I do this once or twice a day. Sometimes multiple days in a row, sometimes with a rest day.

Questions:

1. Has anyone else done this and have had any results?
2. If you haven’t don’t this can you provide information if this might give me results?

I am primarily focused on girth, I’m almost 8 inches length, but just 4.8-5.2 inches girth,

3. I noticed that my flaccid penis may look like it has too much extra skin since I’ve been doing this. I can actually grab a bit of skin and its very elastic. I’m affraid I may be only stretching my skin and not growing my penis. Or does this sound ok? It seems to go back to normal after a day or 2

Please give me information or advice.

It might be enough to give results.

The “extra skin” feeling is probably a very slight fluid build up, which could be an indicator that it’s working. It is normal.

ULI’s are essentially manual clamping. And in my experience, they yield similar levels of expansion to clamping. So it could definitely work.

It sounds like a good routine to me. Maybe add a few more sets per day after a while, and a few more days off.

I like the sound of it too, in its minimalism it seems a lot like the girth version of what I’m successfully doing for length.

Good to hear none of you say 100% erection squeeze is dangerous. It gives biggest expansion.

Question
Is it better to do short hard squeezes or long? Longest as you can, as hard as you can? Or just sets of x seconds?

Please elaborate on your short length technique. Maybe both our techniques combined work perfect in a short time.

Check my signature, siempie. Not a lot of words in it, but enough to describe precisely what I’m doing. Gain rate is pretty phenomenal, even without looking at how little time and effort I’m investing.

As for short and hard squeezes versus longer ones, I couldn’t say. I’m pretty much still a newbie myself, and I’m not yet focusing on girth. But once I’m done with working on length I’ll be looking to find the girth pendant for my length routine, and a routine like you describe yours sounds a lot like what I’d be looking at first.

Ah I missed that. Thank you. I will have to look up how to do them. I hope both together will work like a charm. Hope I’m hitting all the stuff I have to to do proper PE. These small routines are a lot better to keep up than 30 min jelq 30 min bathmate(which I’ve done for years). I havent seen any gains besides my early gains about 8 years ago.

Hope these techniques are better to keep up with and will give gains.

If anyone still has a tip or warning. About missing something crucial then please let me know.

The only other thing not mentioned yet that comes to my mind is conditioning. If you’ve been doing a long, heavier routine for years beforehand and not had a serious deconditioning break yet, I’d recommend taking one now and then starting up with that routine in a few months. Unless you’ve already had such a break recently, in which case ignore what I said. :)

Don’t know what it is for. But I havent don’t anything for a few months until recently.

I hope it works. I don’t quite understand how it could get me penis permanently bigger. If I stretch the veins.. Doesnt the blood pressure just get lower?

And if squeezing my penis makes it bigger because of pressure. Wouldn’t a stronger heart or just higher blood pressure help more for hard (bigger) erections?

The short answer is no. Blood pressure is throughout the body. So stretching veins in the penis won’t lower blood pressure in it, as your heart is more potent and dynamic than that.

A stronger heart still has a set amount of pressure the body optimizes on. So instead of increasing blood pressure, stronger hearts beat slower.

Higher blood pressure doesn’t help erections. It’s proven to ruin sexual quality of life and cause ED, actually.

A lot of these questions are addressed by reading. And…well, the layperson’s view of PE is often counterintuitive, as you’ll find if you keep doing this.
