How many should I do per session, as I’m just starting to play around with this funky exercise?

The session is this:
1. 15-20 mins of stretching NWSE.
2. 200 jelqing strokes 4-5 seconds: 15-20 mins.
3. How many Ulis number 3?

Start with 3 sets of 5 pumps. Add the quantity of sets and pumps as You feel good. Currently, I’m doing 2-4 sets of 30 which can be exhausting.

Some explanation: in one pump I mean one stroke of Uli.

I hope You’ll love this exercise as it allows to grow in head and upper shaft and, also, easily create good expansion.

A quick bundle of questions:
1. What is an average duration of one stroke?
2. Time in between sets?
3. Tourniquet grip means “SQUEEZE THE SOUL OUT OF YOUR DCK!”? Or?
4. Should I end the stroke before the glans?

Uli’s Routine

Look here and also watch the video to have some visualisation how to do it.

There are lots of methods how to do it, but the main purpose is to: make hard grip at the base (without any pain), push the grip a couple of centimeters down the head, after that pump a little bit more and return to the second position.

The last one is some kind of jelq, but is about 1-2cm long and from about midshaft. Hope it helps.

As for questions:

1. 1 second
2. As You feel good it can be couple of seconds or minutes. I do mine incorporated with dry jelqs every 3-5mins.
3. Harder than standard OK grip, but don’t damage Your friend. It depends of percent of erection. Try with different amount of force and %erect.
4. You can end the last stroke by jelqing whole shaft or just leave it.

Remember that doing something different from this described by Ulistretch or other person isn’t bad. If it works to You, You do it right.

Whoawhoawhoa, lil misconception here. A pump/stroke is the whole motion from bottom to top with short jerky movements, so 5 “pumps” are 5 full strokes in jelqing sense, or 5 pumps are literally those jerky movements after you do a slide with a grip from bottom to 3/4 of the shaft?

Yesterday I did 3 sets of these 5 full strokes with 1 second jerking motions in each stroke.

Have I misunderstood?

When You move the grip from base to midshaft it can be considered as starting positions. After this, there are strokes of Ulis.

It’s hard to describe, but seeing the video will help You.

So let’s say I start at midshaft. Then go from this position to the head. All small movements are separate pumps or a one single pump (from mid to the head)?

Imagine if Uli would have known of clamping!

Oh, there are reasons. Time efficiency is a big one.

Dude, ‘ve done a couple of times and every time got confused: what erection level should I maintain? The video tells me that it needs to be close to full, like 70-80. If I perform with less than 70, I feel that the exercize is inefficient. Any advice?

You got Your own answer: less than 70% is inefficient.

Maybe try doing it in separate to Your workout to find the right technique.

Get erect, wait a couple of seconds to be not so hard, but big, do Your Ulis.

Maybe this will help. If not, just do slower dry jelqs (these also got me slightly bigger head).
