Uli 3 - want to understand the nuances
In doing the Uli#3, is the motion a squeeze of the fist, or is it a pump forward? I am still not completely clear on the mechanics of the exercise. If anyone could clear it up it’d be incredibly helpful to this newbie.
Also, is the grip a standard OK grip or an overhand grip? I know that Uli himself says he uses an overhand, but the guy in the instructional video uses a standard grip. If anyone could clear this up it’d be incredibly useful. Thanks
