Ugly side effects

Ugly side effects

Hey guys,

I’m starting to notice some baggy loose skin just behind the head. I use a noose style hanger & have posted my routine previously, no changes there. I’ve been very happy with my results until this recent development. Anyone have any experience with this and, or recommendations to fix it?

Thanks guys!

Baggy skin is just a side effect of many forms of PE. If you aren’t into foreskin restoration, you can try wrinkle creams and Vitamin E lotion. Those can firm the tissue somewhat…but you don’t have a lot of choice in the matter with the method you’re using. Noose attached extenders will pull on the foreskin, which does cause a permanently stretched effect that will have baggy skin.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I too have “baggy” skin behind the head. It’s not a bad trade off for me if it comes with gains.

I was never circumcised, always had a lot of skin, and now it’s getting even more. Fortunately I also have more dick to cover with it, but the thought of having some of it removed when I’m done “remodeling” has crossed my mind a few times. It’s more likely that I simply stop caring at some point though, it’s not worth the effort. Also lately my flaccid has been getting a little fuller so the excess skin is less noticeable.

February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I kind of figured that these would be the responses I would get. The gains I’ve made are DEFINITELY worth it. Would a bib hanger make a difference/be better than the noose style I’m using?

The Bib can make that problem worse, to be honest. As it clamps down on more of the shaft skin and you apply MUCH more force than the extender does with the weights.

I never tried a noose hanger. I’ve used the Bib and the Vac Hanger, and can recommend both. Especially modifying the Bib as per the “Hang without Wrap” thread in the hangers forum.

When I was starting out in hanging, the vets who had experimented with designing their own hanging contraptions generally considered the noose style hanger to be dangerous for putting continuous pressure on the dorsal nerve and cutting off circulation.

I’m using the Zen Hanger and it can be quite uncomfortable. I’m kind of stuck at 5lb sets of 20mins because of pressure and circulation loss. Head turns blue and cold so I have to take breaks to goat roll which is fine, everyone suggests breaks. The pain of the connection point is another thing altogether though. Is the bib more comfortable?

It can be comfortable and it can also be very uncomfortable. It comes down to your wrap and the time spent learning the correct way to use it. I spent weeks slowly learning the Bib and dialing in the correct settings and wrap. Never had a problem until I gained girth. Instead of spending a decent amount of time making sure I readjusted the settings correctly, I tried to power through. My god that was uncomfortable.

Just like all forms of PE if you try to rush things it can go south fast. So anyone who is desperate or impatient, I would advise them to move along and forget the Bib. If you are disciplined and willing to spend the time getting it right, I feel it can be an awesome tool.

I agree with bhcentral about the Bib - it takes learning, configuring, and modifying to get to comfort. Much of the process is getting the attachment pressure tight enough, and off to the sides of the CC’s, while taking the pressure off the dorsal nerve and CS. But once you’re there, it’s a breeze. I haven’t tried the noose hanger so can’t make a direct comparison. Mostly I wanted to caution about hanging with the attachment pressure directly on the dorsal nerve, which can lead to numbness from hanging (temporary but still scary).
