Two weeks in and.

Well I’m two weeks in to the newbie routine and have seen no gains at all. Should I be concerned yet? LOL! I do have a few questions. First, my orgasms have gotten WAY better. I mean like twice the intensity! Is this usual and what would be the cause? Kegels maybe? I really can’t say that I’m getting better erections yet, but they have always been good. Two, I am getting some spotting on the head of my penis. Is this a sign that I’m over doing it? My first week I stretched for about five minutes and did 100 wet jelqs, week two I upped my stretching to about 10 minutes and went to 125 jelqs a day. Doing 2 to 3 days on then one off. On week three I plan on upping to 150 jelqs and increasing my stretching time. I do a slow jelq of about 4 to 5 seconds each so it’s been taking me about 10 minute to do. Is that too much? Should I scale back? I’m amazed at how fast my penis has been conditioned. The 1st couple of days it really hurt the next day after jelqing, but now I seem to have no problem at all. I don’t seem to be experiencing any negative PI’s aside from the spotting at the end of my penis if that is a negative. My goal is length. I would be grateful for any advice you could give me to help with this. Thanks to all!

I think you tried to do too much too soon. Spots on the penis is telling you to back it off a little bit and progress more slowly.

Yes, I think you are overdoing jelqs: red spots on glans are not a good sign. I bet you are jelquing while too much erected. About 2/3 - 3/4 of max erection is better.

About the rest, go for the newbie routine charted progression. Remember: underwork is better than overwork.

Yeah, red spots on the head is not uncommon, and not too serious, but it’s a sign that you need to back off on the intensity a bit. The spots should clear up within a day, if not sooner.

Warm up! Warm down, otherwise everything is fine. Don’t choke your dick to death, death grips lead to injuries.

I am jelqing at lower erection levels at about 50%. Some of the marks I have realized are from my grip while stretching. What about the orgasm thing? Has anyone else experienced this? I think I may do PE for life even if I have no size increase if my orgasms keep getting better! Holy cow!

Also, I haven’t really been putting too much emphasis on the warm up and warm down. Will this make a big difference, or is it more to prevent injury? Thanks Again!

Better orgasms are great a good sign.
Warm up is everything, gets your dick ready for stretching. Stretching get your dick ready for jelqing. Kegel about fifty times before you warm down. This is what I’m going to start doing after warm down. Something I have never done and that is massage your dick after warm down.

Your doing pretty good but I think your adding in too many jelqs to soon. Keep it at a 100 jelqs for a couple a more weeks see how things go. Then start adding ten jelqs per week. Do a one day on one day off schedule as well when you doing a heavy amount of jelqs. Jelq slow like you are doing.

I’m new to PE too, but I have read quite a bit on the forums and the warm up/warm down seems to considered very important - it feels good too. I’ve been using a sock believe it or not, soaked first in hot water and I keep immersing it in hot water, bit of a massage of the penis at the same time. I’m too new for gains - wait at least a couple of months - but I’ve noticed good ejaculations, and believe it may be the kegels. Are you going to post stats?

It both prevents injury and promotes gaining. At a minimum warm up; but best to stay warm throughout. Infra-Red Lamps are popualr. If you want to go cheap make a couple of rice socks and heat them alternately so one is always handy and ready to go.

Heat is very important.

Thanks for the advice Kingpole, I appreciate it. Let me ask you though, If I’m doing a 100 jelqs I should do a day on and a day off schedule? That sure would be a heck of a lot easier, but that doesn’t seem like enough. However I am totally open since I am new to this and want to do it the right way. What about stretching, what kind of schedule would be best for that?

Armarius, my stats are 6.5 long on a very good day, but I would consider myself 6.25 Bone pressed. My girth is thick at 6 inches, so my length is my main goal. I have heard that if you have thicker girth that it is harder to gain length, so if any one has some input on this I would greatly appreciate it!

That was not the case with me. I started off with a relatively fat dick. I didn’t measure it when I first started, but a few weeks in it was 5.5 inches in girth. I’ve gained well over an inch in two months.


September 20, 2007: BPEL: 5.8 inches, EG: <5.5 inches

March 15, 2008: BPEL: 7.6 inches, EG: 5.75 inches

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

For warming up a heating pad seems to work real well.
