You are going to find a really good warm up is your best PE friend if you want to gain length and already have girth.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hi Kingpole, absolutely, sticking to the newbie routine for now. I hope to get my some starting pics up here soon. I’m about 5.75” bone pressed and almost 5” in girth. An inch both ways would be great. Thanks dlm4.

Hey Kingpole. Can you give me some hints on a stretching schedule? Can I stretch more than the newbie routine recomends? I understand not over doing it with the jelq, but with stretching it seems like I could step that up a bit or increase the time a little faster. Thanks again!

I am using a heating pad and seeing some differences… I also stretch the same way I do when I work out any other part of my body, start out at 15 sec. a stretch, do each stretch in each direction, increase to 20 sec. in each direction, then 30 sec. in each direction, 45 sec. in each direction and then 1 min. in each direction increasing the tension at which I am stretching as I go through my stretch routine. I do this both before and after each jelq session. That seems to do the trick for me, however it might seem a little intense and time-intensive as well, but I hope that helps.

First time online,

I came across this site about two months ago and decided - what the hell - give it a go,

Started with the newbie program and as Dlm4 had no real gains in the first two or three week,

Got some red spotting as well on head and shaft - found ‘as those with all the wisdom have said “that a day or two off is all it needs”, don’t go overboard, it will happen.

By week four there was definite growth in girth, which was great cause that’s what I lacked.

Now have moved on to the standard routine (Two weeks in) and am really feeling the difference already

Have growth both length and girth, feeling really good about ones self,
I know how you feel Dlm4 - Orgasms have been incredible - Wife seems to be liking the extra.

Anyway nice to see there are other men out there like me, I’ve always had questions, and now I have found others that have those same questions and the answers.

I never actually thought anyone would expect gains in two weeks, I don’t think you’re too bad off though with the intensity of your orgasms doubled! Are you sure your not exaggerating?

Im not exagerating, but they have taled off a little. Still way better though!
