Two week gains
I have been doing my own routine for the past two weeks. I do it every morning in the show and I do it for about 5 minutes. I have been doing 125 jelq strokes total each session. I include stretches in the jelqing by jelqing in the four stretch positions for about 20 strokes and then finish the remaining in the regular jelq position. I also do about 50 kegels a day for 5 seconds each.
Ill just say that I was really hesitant about all of this natural gaining practice but this has changed my mind completely! In TWO WEEKS I went from 7x5.75 to 7.25x6. I have also gotten like a 10% limp size increase. Not only have I gotten a size gain that is noticicable by vision, I have also gotten stronger erections. Not completely where I want the erections to be but if two weeks brings this much difference, I’m curious to see what two months brings as I have slowly worked up to 10-15 minutes of my routine!
Two quick questions for yall also. Do the females usually notice gains like this or does it usually take a more drastic change? Cause I know with working out, if someone sees your everyday, small gains usually arent noticable..
And, I noticed that my head/glans are about 5.25 inches in girth and the mid is 6. My head has always been smaller then everything else, I’m just wondering if being smaller like that is normal in some cases, Is it just because I’m made that way or.
