I have been doing my own routine for the past two weeks. I do it every morning in the show and I do it for about 5 minutes. I have been doing 125 jelq strokes total each session. I include stretches in the jelqing by jelqing in the four stretch positions for about 20 strokes and then finish the remaining in the regular jelq position. I also do about 50 kegels a day for 5 seconds each.
Ill just say that I was really hesitant about all of this natural gaining practice but this has changed my mind completely! In TWO WEEKS I went from 7x5.75 to 7.25x6. I have also gotten like a 10% limp size increase. Not only have I gotten a size gain that is noticicable by vision, I have also gotten stronger erections. Not completely where I want the erections to be but if two weeks brings this much difference, I’m curious to see what two months brings as I have slowly worked up to 10-15 minutes of my routine!

Two quick questions for yall also. Do the females usually notice gains like this or does it usually take a more drastic change? Cause I know with working out, if someone sees your everyday, small gains usually arent noticable..
And, I noticed that my head/glans are about 5.25 inches in girth and the mid is 6. My head has always been smaller then everything else, I’m just wondering if being smaller like that is normal in some cases, Is it just because I’m made that way or.

Hey congrats on the gains, I can’t stick to a routine for longer than a week and so I never really have gotten any gains but I go on vacation next week and when I return I’m going to be completely devoted to PE so that I can stay on a routine.

My questions for you are how many rest days do you have like do you do 1 on 1 off, or 2 on 1 off or how do you do it? Also how intense are you doing your jelqs and about what erection level? & Last question, do you think you’ve actually made gains or can it be that your erection quality is just that much better that it seems like your unit has gotten bigger when really it hasn’t?

Having a smaller head girth than shaft girth is very common and perfectly normal.

Marley: My gains are strickly from size increase and not jelqing. I started doing kegels about 3-4 weeks ago(before I started jelqing) and the erection increased but the size didnt. Since I’ve been jelqing, the erection level is the same but I have gained size. Also, I only rest on sundays, I do my routine every day other then that. When I increase to 10-15 minutes, Ill probly add another rest day in there.

I don’t do my jelqs very hard and I do them anywhere from 0-60% erect depending on how I get from the exersise..

I squeeze just hard enough to make it expand to my full erect size. When I add the stretching in there, I stretch hard enough to feel it without severe pain.

Congratulations Comp1234! Keep up with the good work ;) I like how you started very softly and plan to increase the intensity as your body adapts.

0.25 in both directions in only 2 weeks is quick, very quick actually. You are one of the lucky ones, hope it continues. You will notice that with PE you go from being a grower to a shower. The glans, unfortunately, does not grow like the rest of the penis. It takes a lot to force it to grow. Exercises like jelq and hold usually do the trick.

People here have said that women notice the increase in size. IMO, I doubt this. If you are sexing her regularly she will get accusstomed to the size as the time passes so she wouldnt really notice it. If you stop fucking her for a while and gain she should notice the size change.

I joined Thunders this month but started PE in June. We are the same size and have started at about the same time. I am 6.0 at about the circumcision mark then get a little smaller at the glans. I need to measure that.

I do a 5min warm up, manual stretching for 20, very light hanging (5 lbs for 10 minutes in three positions) using a Captains Wench that I made and a combo of wet and dry Jelqs.

It will be fun to compare results and cheer each other on. Once I am allowed I will post some measurement pics.

I guess we are just lucky to start with something a little bigger. I have always known my girth was good from what girls have said but I would like to be 7.5 NBPEL or 8.0 BPEL. Length gains are the goal for me. Looks like you have had great success with that yourself.

So wait you really have rest days everyother day as well as sunday right? So your only doing 3 days of PE and having 4 days of rest and your schedule looks like this: Mon.-PE, Tues.-Rest, Wed.-Pe, Thurs.-Rest, Friday-PE, Then Saturday and sunday rest? Sorry just the way you worded that confused me is this right and if not correct me please. Thanks, I’m fascinated that you gained that much in that amount of time.
