Two Week Break

Just wanted to say that after 12 weeks of PE I was not getting the good stretch I used to get when I started

I then moved and had privacy and time issues preventing me from Jelqing.

During this time I still did some very light manual stretching.

Now when I went back to Doing my full routine I now feel the Good stretch I once had from jelqing.

I love it, it’s great and I did not lose very much girth at all during this 2 week off period.

That’s all I wanted to say.

Good going. Girth seems harder to lose than length, during a long break.

Why would you do that? If you’re thinking about hitting a plateau, change routine. If that doesn’t work either, then you may consider taking a break. But if you don’t want to lose what you have gained during your pause, it’s best to cement those gains first.

Thanks for the response Levler, I appreciate the advice.

Life circumstances often dictate a break to many people. I don’t worry when this happens; gains come much faster for me after a decon break, especially if I was hitting a plateau before it. Eventually everyone gets a little too conditioned and changing routines still only makes a minor difference. This is a good time to take a PE break and get to the gym for a month or so and work on the other 98% of your body.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
