Two Week Assessment

I’ve recently joined here and am very happy to be a part of such an awesome community with a great wealth of info. I restarted PE 2 weeks ago after a break of close to 10 years. Over that time I’ve seen my EQ decrease and my size to reduce slightly in both length and girth. I’ve been married for most of that time, but the EQ and size decrease has started to affect my self-image, though my sex life is pretty healthy (and the wife doesn’t have issues orgasming).
I’ve started out light since it has been so long of a break, basically dry jelqing, shower jelqs, stretching, kegeling. All with low reps just to get back into it. My experience has been pretty good thus far. Right away I’ve noticed an improvement to my EQ, and at times it’s quite drastic. I haven’t re-measured EL since I’ve begun, but I think EQ improvements alone make me look longer, and fuller. I’ve been very happy with how it feels during an erection, it’s very rigid and feels “strong”. Like I’m a teenager again.
Due to travel and life being in the way, I’ve only had sex twice with my wife since I’ve begun. The first time, I’m not really sure I noticed any difference. It was basically a quickie where we both got off in just a few minutes, both were tired and a few drinks deep after relaxing from getting home from travel. Not sure I noticed any different reaction from the wife, either.
The 2nd time was just last night. I notice a difference, and I like it! I felt fuller and firmer and definitely more erect. I noticed I felt more sensations from her vagina walls, maybe even a feeling of being deeper? However, the best part were her facial expressions. I’m not sure if she consciously felt any difference, but I think she felt more from reading her gasps and how wet she got. Another difference was that she basically asked me to just go to town, when she usually likes to get on top.
All in all, I enjoyed it better than usual, and I’m excited to continue my routine to see what further improvements can be accomplished.
Now, a question:
Has anyone experienced tenderness when urinating? I’ve been careful to refrain from over-training, but not sure if I have (PIs have been positive for the most part). I’ve also been doing a lot of kegels. Will kegeling improve urine flow? I’ve noticed that when urinating it is much more forceful, and if I slow down the flow while urinating, the tenderness disappears. It almost makes me feel like there is to much urine being forced out??
