Do you guys think working PE twice a day would be okay?

I have tried it several times and have never been able to make it work. It always ended up being too much and results suffered.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.


I was thinking, since some of these guys jelq for 30+min in advance stages, two sessions would be okay.

Will just stick to 1 session then


When first starting PE, it is understandable that everyone is very enthusiastic.

But although the penis is not a muscle (and generally no muscle building principles can be applied to PE), PE does have one thing in common with going to the gym to build muscle. If, when you first start going to the gym, you go everyday and lift as much as you can and get no recovery time, you will not grow and you will probably get injured. The same applies to PE.

The fact is that if you do lots and lots of PE to start with, your penis will ‘toughen up’ very quickly as an adaptation response, to try to avoid damage. What that means is that gains become much harder to get! And your penis develops tissue memory which means even after deconditioning breaks, it will toughen up very quickly again if you do heavy PE.

So the secret is to make the newbie gains last as long as possible, by doing the very least you can while still getting gains. By doing this, you prolong the time you can get ‘easy’ gains for, and you avoid the toughening response that reduces your potential for getting maximum gains in the longer term.

I know it seems counter-intuitive, but then so is the ‘gym’ example.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

When you reach the advanced stages of pe you will have no choice but to break your routines up into two or three stages.

Saiyan22’s routine will give you a good idea of what I mean.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I do jelqs in the morning and stretches in the evening, don’t have the time to both at the same time.
