I began yesterday my Newbie Routine.
I have 2 questions:
1 - Newbie routine points to a 5 min manual stretches, 30 sec each. I did downward stretches, but I´m not sure about the direction. In what direction should I do? Downward, upward, sides or circular?
2 - In the end of the routine I´m doing the 50 kegels, 5 sec each. However, for the 3 weeks before starting the Newbie´s Routine, I did 10 sections of 30 kegels, 1-2 sec each during the day. So, can I keep doing these 10 sections kegels during the day and also the 50 kegels 5 sec each after the routine, or should I do only the 50 kegels and stop with the other 10 sections?
