I began yesterday my Newbie Routine.

I have 2 questions:

1 - Newbie routine points to a 5 min manual stretches, 30 sec each. I did downward stretches, but I´m not sure about the direction. In what direction should I do? Downward, upward, sides or circular?

2 - In the end of the routine I´m doing the 50 kegels, 5 sec each. However, for the 3 weeks before starting the Newbie´s Routine, I did 10 sections of 30 kegels, 1-2 sec each during the day. So, can I keep doing these 10 sections kegels during the day and also the 50 kegels 5 sec each after the routine, or should I do only the 50 kegels and stop with the other 10 sections?


Do all directions dude. Down, sides, straight up and straight out. When you start to increase the time, increase the angles.

Kegels are kegels man, no need to worry so much about them! I overdid kegels actually and I believe they affected my EQ at one point, I just do a few mins worth after my session and then some more when I edge (or my version of edging hehe).
