Is it ok to jelq right after a 15-20 min stretching exercise? I’ve had to change my routine a few times to fit my schedule and thats the only way to make it work, is jelq when I stretch but it’d have to be after so I don’t have a 20-30 percent boner throughout the stretches. But is this ok to do?

Does it matter what times you do your routine, like.. if you don’t do it at the same time every day it won’t hurt will it? Some days it may be around the afternoon, others late in the evening. This wouldn’t hurt would it?

That’s right you need to be fully flacid for stretching

I stretch for 20 minutes straight every week day and jelq for 20 minutes right after. It seems like a good combo to me so far. The flaccid hang is pretty big all day.

Growin, PE is never an exact science. You have to learn how your body reacts to your routine. If you are making gains then your routine is good. From the looks of your stats you are seeing gains so I would say that your routine is good for you for now. That routine shouldn’t hurt you, I’ve read guys doing a ton more than that in one sitting (of course they have been doing it for quite some time). I personally do 10 mnutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelging right afterwards. Hope that helps.
